Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories where applicable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at service@brightnexav.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for customized or personalized products, gift cards, final sale items, intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods, or items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without approval.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at service@brightnexav.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or another issue confirmed by our support team. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
